1. Service Description

Rulez.vip provides tools for advertising automation (rules) and creatives analytics. Users configure conditions, actions, and schedules inside the platform. The platform executes actions only based on user-defined instructions and permissions granted by the user.

2. Platform Role (No Managed Service)

Rulez.vip is a technology provider. We do not create advertising content, choose targeting, set budgets, or manage advertising accounts on behalf of users. Users control their own advertising accounts and are responsible for all decisions and outcomes.

3. Eligibility and Account Ownership

• You must have the legal right and authorization to connect and manage the advertising accounts you use with Rulez.vip.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Rulez.vip complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for advertising content, budgets, targeting, and campaign configuration.
• You are responsible for the rules you configure and their impact (including any automated changes).
• You should monitor performance and results and adjust your rules as needed.

5. Permissions and Authorization

By connecting your Meta advertising accounts, you explicitly authorize Rulez.vip to access advertising data and perform actions required for the features you enable. Access is granted via official Meta authorization flows and can be revoked at any time through Meta settings.

6. Payments

Rulez.vip may offer paid plans and additional features in the future. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and plan details will be presented in the product. Unless explicitly stated, payments are non-refundable.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to provide reliable uptime, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rulez.vip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or advertising losses arising from the use of the platform.

9. Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account and related data by contacting support@rulez.vip.
