Rulez.vip is a self-service SaaS platform. Users connect and manage their own advertising accounts. Access to advertising data and account management permissions is granted only with the user’s explicit authorization via official Meta APIs. Rulez.vip does not own, operate, or manage advertising accounts on behalf of users.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features used, Rulez.vip may collect and store the following:

• Account identifiers required for authentication and onboarding (e.g., email for Rulez.vip account).
• Meta account identifiers and basic profile information provided through Meta authorization flows (e.g., name, user ID, email if available).
• Advertising account data explicitly authorized by the user (e.g., ad accounts list, campaigns/ad sets/ads, performance metrics).
• User-created configuration data inside the platform (e.g., automation rules, schedules, filters, preferences).
• System logs required for debugging, security, and audit purposes (e.g., API request metadata, timestamps, error logs).

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data strictly to provide platform functionality requested by users, including:

• Access and read advertising performance data for analytics and reporting.
• Execute user-defined automation rules (e.g., pause/start/adjust budget) based on user instructions and schedules.
• Provide creatives analytics (e.g., aggregations by creative asset and performance summaries).
• Maintain and improve reliability, security, and performance of the platform.
• Provide customer support when requested by the user.

4. Data Sharing

Rulez.vip does not sell personal data. We do not share user data with third parties except:

• When required to operate core infrastructure (e.g., hosting, email delivery) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Access Revocation

Users can revoke Rulez.vip access to their advertising accounts at any time via Meta account settings. After access is revoked, Rulez.vip will no longer be able to read advertising data or perform actions that require Meta permissions.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where possible, data is minimized and retained in aggregated or limited form.

7. Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Rulez.vip account and related data by contacting support@rulez.vip. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International Users

If you access Rulez.vip from different jurisdictions, your information may be processed where our servers and service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable laws.
